Cost of Services

Elevate Speech Language Pathology Services, LLC is a private-pay based company.  Therapy prices are based at a highly competitive rate with local clinics.  We are considered an out-of-network provider for all insurance companies.

 

Although services are not directly billed to your insurance, you are welcome to contact your carrier to see if charges can be applied toward your deductible or reimbursed. Depending on your plan and company, some insurances may reimburse for part or all speech therapy services.  

 

Method of Payments

Services are billed following each therapy session.  We accept cash,  check, card, and Health Savings Account payments!  

 

Testing Fees

Screenings: $25.00

Full Speech and Language Evaluation: $175.00 

• Feeding evaluations can be completed based on family concerns for an extra $25.00 to cover the cost of food and materials. 

Reassessment: $175.00.  Reassessments are required for a child that will be continuing services more than 12-months after their original evaluation. 

• Re-testing may also completed to determine if a child is ready to be discharged from treatment, at the end of school year, or upon caregiver request.  In these circumstances, reassessment is only completed with caregiver approval.  

Transfer of Evaluation: $50.00 

• Prior evaluations completed at school or at other therapy clinics may be used if considered to be accurate and current (within 6-months).  This fee covers the process to review the prior evaluation and establish a new treatment plan with Elevate’s clinician.  

 

Pediatric and Adult Therapy Session Fees

Sessions are based on the amount of time necessary for a client to make progress. Frequency of treatment is determined by the caregiver and therapist based on evaluation results.  

• 30-minutes: $65.00

• 45-minutes: $85.00

• One-hour: $100.00.

-Feeding therapy sessions will include an extra $10.00 charge to cover the cost of food/materials.

 

For students that would benefit for therapy more than once per week:

• Two, 30-minute sessions per week is $120.00.

• Three, 30-minute sessions per week is $175.00.

Groups 

Group treatment related to social skills is offered based on students’ needs  Groups are offered for 2-5 students based on age and skills.  

• 30-minute sessions; 2x/month: $50.00 per student, per session.

Travel Fees

Elevate strives to provide services in the most convenient way possible for clients and families.  Requests for therapy outside of a 5-mile radius from the business address may be accommodated.  A $15.00 travel fee will be included for each evaluation and session for these locations.  Please contact us to discuss arranging these services!
